  • How is this different than just going to Google for nutrition advice?
    There is a lot of free content on the internet, but free doesn't always mean factual. Everything on the internet is not always true. Anyone can decide to create a website and post false information. On this program you have an expert to guide you. You will get research-backed tips and guidance.
  • I don't live in the USA. Can I still join?
    Absolutely. All of the material in the membership portal can be accessed at your convenience and from anywhere in the world!
  • What if I want to cancel?
    Your program can be canceled at any time. You will remain in the program until your program expires. There are no cancellation fees or refunds.
  • When do I get access to the education material?
    Your program begins as soon as you sign up and submit your payment. Feel free to begin working through the program whenever you are ready. Your program is ongoing indefinitely until your payment is stopped. You will gain access to your educational material in your "Wellness Hub".
  • How do I access the content?
    All content can be accessed from your client portal Here’s how to get inside: Step 1) Enroll by setting up your payment Step 2) A confirmation email will be sent with a link to get activate your account. Step 3) Set up your account and log in from your computer, tablet, or phone (be sure to download the mobile app!)
  • Do we only have access to the content for that month?
    You have access to all the materials all the time as long as you are a member! You can always go back and review content at your own leisure. If you have a question about previous content we will answer that during our group sessions, as people become members at different times.
  • Does this make me your personal client/patient?
    Signing up for the membership does not constitute a dietitian-client working relationship, unless you opt for the VIP one-on-one nourish program option.
