A Dietitian's Honest Look at 9 Pressed Juices
Updated: Aug 26
If you've ever stood in front of the Pressed cooler trying to decide between a probiotic lemonade, a green juice, or a hydration bottle, you're not alone. As a holistic dietitian, one of the questions I get most is: "Which juice is actually the best one for me?"
The truth is, they're not all created equal. Some are essentially fiber-rich functional beverages designed to feed your gut, others are electrolyte replenishers for post-workout recovery, and a few are simple cold-pressed vegetables with nothing added.
The differences matter, especially if you're managing blood sugar, supporting digestion, or trying to get more whole-food nutrition into your day. To make it easier, I lined up nine of my top recommended Pressed's bottles side by side and compared their nutrition facts and ingredient lists in one clean chart, ranked from highest to lowest fiber. Here's what I found, and how to choose the right one for your goals.

What I first noticed:
The top 4 fiber-rich options all get their fiber from added inulin (a prebiotic), not whole-food fiber. Great for gut/microbiome support but worth flagging if you are on a low FODMAP diet or have SIBO.
The Probiotic Lemonades and Tonics all contain added sugar (agave) plus monk fruit extract, whereas the green juices and Celery Juice have no added sugar.
Celery Juice is the cleanest ingredient list (just celery + lemon) and the only one with meaningful whole-food fiber.
Note: “Cucumber Celery Juice with Lemon” and “Green Juice with Kale for Daily Greens” appear to both map to Pressed’s Daily Greens 1 (same nutrition panel + ingredients on the current site).
There's no single "best" Pressed juice, only the best one for what your body needs on a given day.
Reaching for gut support and fullness? The probiotic lemonades and tonics deliver a solid dose of prebiotic fiber.
Craving something clean and mineral-rich? Celery juice and the green blends are your low-sugar, whole-food-forward picks.
Rebuilding after a sweaty workout or a long travel day? Hydration+ has the electrolytes to help you bounce back.
My advice
Read the label, know your goal, and remember that no juice replaces the fiber, protein, and satiety of whole foods. Use these as strategic add-ons to a nourishing lifestyle.
